The Vision and Purpose of Our Church
VISION: What Does God Want Lifeline to Be?
To be a part of the Ministry as stated in Acts 10:38 and to move under the anointing and direction of God to meet needs.
PURPOSE: What's Our Reason for Existing?
To call for a return to the basics of Christianity - Salvation, support and fellowship. This came out of a burden for some of God's people that have gone without a shepherd and support needed for daily living.
Our Mission
1. To reassert the gospel of Jesus Christ.
2. To provide a church family to anyone desiring one.
3. To provide support, fellowship and guidance according to the word of God.
4. To help meet the natural and Spiritual needs, first of the church family, then to others as much.
5. To help in the growth of mature and revived Christians in the Cedar Rapids area.
Around these basic priorities, all our activities revolve. We are, and will be, engaged in many different types of endeavors to various ages and groups of people, but will hold them around the above stated mission
Statement of Faith
We believe in sanctification and holiness.
We believe in the Trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the Bible to be divinely inspired and the only infallible, inerrant, and authoritative word of God.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, and sinless life. In His blood shed, and bodily resurrection, and His ascension, and in His personal return in power and glory. Acts 1:9, St Luke24:6-7, St Mark 16:19
We honor the first day of the week as the Christian Sabbath.
We believe in water baptism as stated in Matthew 28:19-20, in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in Bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost. They that are saved unto the unto the resurrection of eternal life, and they that are lost to the resurrection of eternal damnation. St Mark 16:16
We believe in the fall of man. That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature and must be born of the Spirit to enter into Heaven. Romans 3:23, Psalm 51:5 Genesis 3:1-24
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost, also in speaking in tongues. And that the Ghost is for all mankind. Acts 2:4, Acts 2:38-39, Acts 10:46, Acts 19:6
